  1. Purpose

These Terms of Use govern access to, browsing and use of the website and the app owned by GODITI PRODUCTIONS SOCIEDAD LIMITADA, as well as the liabilities arising from the use of their features.

The purpose of the platform is the management and processing of, and access to, content generated at live events and experiences, using digital tools.

Accessing and using the platform makes you a user and implies your full and unreserved acceptance of these terms.

  1. User access and registration

The platform may be accessed as a registered user or, where applicable, as a guest user with limited features.

Access to certain features requires prior registration by creating an account.

Users agree to:

  • Provide truthful, accurate and up-to-date information
  • Keep their credentials confidential
  • Not transfer their account to third parties

Users are responsible for any activity carried out through their account.

  1. Access through third parties

The platform may allow access through third-party authentication services, such as Google or Apple.

Users accept that these providers may supply certain data needed for access, in accordance with their own terms of use and privacy policies.

  1. Use of the platform

Users agree to use the platform in accordance with current law, good faith and public order.

The following are expressly prohibited:

  • Carrying out unlawful or fraudulent activities
  • Introducing viruses or malicious code
  • Accessing systems or data without authorization
  • Reverse engineering or breaching security
  • Using the platform for purposes other than those intended
  1. User-generated content (UGC)

Users may create, upload or share content within the platform.

Users warrant that:

  • They hold the rights to the content
  • They have authorization from third parties where necessary
  • The content does not infringe the rights of third parties

Users grant GODITI PRODUCTIONS SOCIEDAD LIMITADA a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that content in the course of providing the service.

  1. Image rights

Users acknowledge that content generated at events may include images or recordings of people.

Users warrant that they have obtained the consents required for capturing and using them.

GODITI PRODUCTIONS SOCIEDAD LIMITADA will not be liable for users’ misuse of images.

  1. Intellectual and industrial property

All content on the platform is owned by its owner or by authorized third parties.

Its reproduction, distribution or use without express authorization is prohibited.

  1. Service availability

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available”.

The owner does not guarantee:

  • continuous availability
  • the absence of errors
  • uninterrupted operation
  1. Exclusion and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, GODITI PRODUCTIONS SOCIEDAD LIMITADA will not be liable for:

  • indirect damages
  • loss of income
  • loss of data
  • service interruptions

The owner’s liability will be limited to direct damages, excluding any loss of profit or loss of opportunity.

  1. Security and misuse

Users agree not to carry out activities that compromise the security of the platform, including:

  • unauthorized access
  • use of bots or scraping
  • tampering with systems
  1. Suspension and cancellation of accounts

The owner may suspend or cancel user accounts in the event of:

  • breach of these terms
  • fraudulent use
  • security risks

Users may cancel their account at any time.

  1. Changes to the service

The owner reserves the right to modify, suspend or remove features of the platform at any time, without prior notice.

  1. Data protection

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation.

  1. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law.

For any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Granada, unless the law provides otherwise.

  1. Entire agreement and severability

These terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties.

If any provision is declared void, the rest will remain fully valid.
