What is GODITI?
GODITI is an app for people attending events. During the event you save your favorite moments and, when it’s over, you receive high-quality videos of those moments.
How do I get my videos?
When your videos are ready, you’ll see them in the Gallery in the GODITI app. We’ll send you a notification as soon as they are.
I can’t get into my event. What should I do?
Email us at admin@goditi.io and tell us the name of the event, the email or account you use in the app, and what’s happening. We’ll help you get in.
My video isn’t showing up yet. What should I do?
After the event, videos take a little while to get ready. If some time goes by and it still hasn’t appeared, email us at admin@goditi.io with the name of the event and your account details.
I have a question about my account or my data
For anything about your account, your privacy or your data, email us at admin@goditi.io.
How do I delete my account?
You can do it yourself from the app or ask us by email.
From the app. Tap your profile picture at the top left. Go to Settings & Privacy and tap Delete account. Type DELETE to confirm and tap Delete account again. Your account is deleted right away and you’re signed out on all your devices.
Without the app. Email us at admin@goditi.io from the email address you created your account with and ask us to delete it. We’ll do it as soon as possible, within 30 days at most, and let you know by email when it’s done.
What gets deleted. Your name, your email, your password, your profile picture and the link to your Google or Apple account. Also your saved moments and your notifications. This can’t be undone.
What we keep. The event videos, because they belong to the event, not to your account. And attendance data and survey answers, without your name or your email, so that the figures for past events don’t change. Videos you’ve already saved to your phone stay on your phone.
If you ever want to come back, you can create a new account with the same email. It will start from scratch.
